After graduating from Edinburgh University with an MA in History of Art and History of Architecture followed by a Diploma at the Inchbald, Chloe began her career working for an architect and property developer in London; it was, she says, an invaluable introduction to balancing creativity with budgets.

Joining Sibyl Colefax in 2015, Chloe worked first for Nicola Crawley and for 7 years under Wendy Nicholls. She has led her own design team since 2022 and was made an Associate Director in 2024.  Decorating a variety of projects in England and abroad, her most recent work includes a London Townhouse, a modern Beach Villa and a Georgian Rectory.

Committed to truly understanding her client’s requirements and their aesthetic, she designs rooms that are both expressive and personal; she offers a fresh approach and a lightness of touch to decoration.
